However, its less than best-in-class brand perception hurt awareness and growth among the sophisticated, high end target in the highly competitive, luxury Hamptons market.

The solution? A rebrand and reposition that preempted a higher end benefit for the category - the happiness only water can bring - that elevated the perception of the brand, the experience, and the product to “ultimate luxury” status.

We focused this with a memorable theme - Happiness comes in waves - and brought it to life with an integrated campaign featuring new websites, video, print, digital, social, radio, and advertorials.

The result? Greatly expanded awareness, a growing backlog of new pool projects, increased hot tub and spa sales, and a significant increase in “qualified” (i.e., bigger budget, higher spending) buyers.
